The NextGen Heating & Air Conditioning Comfort Plan is designed to keep your heating and cooling system running efficiently while giving you priority service and exclusive savings throughout the year.

Membership Benefits

Two precision maintenance visits per year. One cooling system maintenance visit before summer and one heating system maintenance visit before winter. Each visit includes a complete system inspection, cleaning, performance check, and safety evaluation.

5% discount on repairs.
Priority scheduling. Comfort Plan members receive priority service ahead of non-members during busy periods.
Reduced diagnostic fee. Members receive a discounted diagnostic/service-call fee when repairs are needed.
No after-hours premium. No additional overtime or after-hours service premium for qualifying service calls.
Annual system health report. We’ll provide recommendations on system condition, efficiency, potential repairs, and items to monitor.
Maintenance reminders. We’ll contact you when it’s time to schedule your seasonal HVAC maintenance.
Member-only equipment savings. Receive exclusive discounts or promotional pricing when it’s time to replace or upgrade your HVAC equipment.

Membership Price

$29.95 per month. Membership covers one complete residential HVAC system. Additional HVAC systems can be added for $19.95 per month.

Membership Terms

Membership is intended for residential HVAC equipment that is operating at the time of enrollment.
The plan does not include repairs, replacement parts, refrigerant, filters, ductwork, equipment replacement, indoor air quality products, or other materials unless specifically stated.
Maintenance visits must be scheduled during normal maintenance availability and do not roll over indefinitely if unused.
Membership benefits apply while the membership remains active and in good standing.
Membership benefits are non-transferable unless approved by NextGen Heating & Air Conditioning.
Additional equipment, specialty systems, commercial equipment, boilers, geothermal systems, and other equipment may require separate coverage or pricing.
NextGen Heating & Air Conditioning reserves the right to modify membership pricing and benefits upon renewal with appropriate notice.
